Our Services

From one-off projects to small production runs, we provide practical, working-grade metal fabrication backed by decades of trade experience. Our services are built around accuracy, capability, and real-world use.

What We Offer

We provide practical, working-grade metal fabrication services for repairs, custom parts, and small production runs. If you don’t see exactly what you need listed below, reach out — we’re happy to work with you on a custom solution.

  • We help turn concepts into real parts using 3D modeling and prototyping. Starting from samples, sketches, or measurements, we develop accurate models that allow us to verify fit and function before production. This is ideal for reverse-engineering worn components or refining custom designs for fabrication.

  • We convert physical parts, templates, and sketches into accurate digital files for CNC cutting. This allows worn or hand-made components to be reproduced precisely and consistently. Once traced and digitized, parts can be saved for future production or repeat work.

  • Precision CNC plasma cutting for steel up to 2.5″ thick. Ideal for brackets, base plates, gussets, structural components, and repair parts. Parts are cut accurately and ready for welding or installation.

  • Oxy-acetylene cutting for heavy plate up to 6″ thick. Best suited for oversized parts, heavy equipment repair, structural plates, and applications beyond standard plasma capacity.

  • Custom-cut parts made to your specifications — from one-off repairs to short production runs. We work from drawings, sketches, or measurements and focus on fit, strength, and real-world use.

  • Small batch and repeat-order work for contractors and fabrication shops. Consistent parts, predictable pricing, and reliable turnaround for components you use regularly.

  • Laser engraving for small parts and light projects within a 7″ × 7″ work area. Suitable for tags, labels, part markings, serial numbers, logos, and identification plates. Ideal for clean, permanent marking without material distortion.

Our Process

Review the Part or Project

We start by reviewing your drawings, templates, or existing parts. If something needs clarification, we work with you to make sure dimensions, materials, and requirements are correct before production begins.

Digitize & Model

If the part needs to be recreated or refined, we develop a digital file through tracing or CAD modeling. This allows us to verify fit and prepare the part for accurate CNC cutting.

Cut & Fabricate

Parts are cut in-house on our CNC equipment using quality steel. We focus on clean cuts, accurate holes, and components that install correctly in the field.

Deliver & Repeat When Needed

Once a part is digitized, it can be reproduced consistently for future work. That means faster turnaround and reliable results for repeat jobs..
